Pedigree

Sire is Shepherds Pasture Jericho, a medium grey, and his dam is Schwata 407. Both are USA alpacas on the American Register, as is Maipo.

Progeny

Maipo's cria are predominantly dark colours with density, character and style, and fineness. He has produced grey cria from grey dams, black from black dams and  brown or black from  brown dams with black points.

Comments

Maipo will add fine fleece and density to darker coloured females.

EGmont Stud have now sold their share in Maipo, but many of our animals are sired by him
